This home has been design low-budget and compact. Despite the rather minimal size of 72m² (including plant room) it offers enough space to 2 – 3 people.
The area is utilised efficiently, corridors are rare and always used as multifunctional spaces.
The construction method as well can be defined as economic: the massive concrete floor slab is thermally activated, the walls are prefabricated wooden elements.
Despite the reduced dimensions of this home, the open plan living, dining kitchen area is spacious and well connected to the outdoor space (terrace) with large glazed elements.
The large terrace can be shaded with fabric elements or, if glazed, could serve as a wintergarden.
