Customization of Plans

All projects have been designed by an architect for a specific situation (site, client), it is therefor possible that adaptations of plans will be needed in order to build the house on your site.
For customization effort we agree on an all-inclusive price in advance. We evaluate the costs for the adaptations through our free cost estimates, available with the product-boxes attached to each project.

With B(u)B you can chose who will adapt your plan, and will consequently be listed as the official author of plans, which is relevant for the building authorities.
1. B(u)B operates the adaptations on your planning permission plans and is listed as official author
2. The original architects are listed as official authors, in case you want to go into construction with them.
Furthermore you can of course hire any other architect or builder of your choice, to operate those adaptations on planning permission plans for you.
B(u)B can operate as the official author of plans only in Austria.

Realisation of your project

Construction documents and site supervision are not provided by B(u)B. In order to build your home in an optimal way, corresponding quality and cost efficient, it is advisable to hire an architect for construction plans and site supervision.
He helps you to save money and nerves!

In addition B(u)B features a network of companies and professionals, who can support you in the construction phase as far as furniture and artwork on the walls.

Territory Protection

If you want to make sure that nobody in your neighbourhood will build a house with the same or similar concept basics as yours, you can buy a kilometre-related territory protection.
This means your B(u)B project cannot be built by anyone else in the defined radius.
Cost for Territory Protection is based on the desired radius and the price of the planning.
We will agree on an all-inclusive price for the desired radius in advance.

Translation of Documents

Most of our plans and documents are composed in German.
If you want to build your project abroad, we can offer following translations:
English, French, Spanish, Romanian, Czech and Hungarian.
We will agree on an all-inclusive price in advance.

Energy Performance Certificate and Building Physics

For obtaining the building license, you will also need documents from a building physicist such as an Energy Performance Certificate.
Evaluate the costs for this service easily through our free cost estimates, available in the product-boxes attached to each project or contact us directly with your request.
For obtaining the building license, you will also need amongst others documents such as Energy Performance Certificate.
We collaborate with experienced building physicist and can therefor offer to create those documents on demand. Depending on the choice of your façade materials, roofing, flooring and other surfaces and the location of your construction site of course, the build-up list will be updated and the Energy Performance Certificate created.
We will agree on an all-inclusive price in advance.

External Service | Structural Analysis

In case you need documents from a structural analyst for obtaining the building license, we access our network of experienced structural analysts.
We transfer your request to one of our partners and evaluate the costs for the service.
You commission the structural analyst, we support within the process.
