Suppose on the plot, you are spending your weekends, there would be small but smartly designed home - so you don’t have to get in line in the daily tailback.

Weekender is such a small, smart home, on 36m² living area you will find everything you really need.
The entrance level splits into two levels with different height, that is how living area and kitchen are spatially separated and the room is visually extended.
The bathroom is convenient and is ventilated by an overhead light. Above the kitchen area gallery for sleeping is positioned, the gallery offers additional room and an exciting interior space due to a skylight element.
The gallery can be reached via a ladder.
In addition a spacious terrace enlarges the interior living room even more.
In order to store tools and stuff the lateral roof overhang can be used as storage area.
