Homebase is already built.
It is a very compact home, offering lots of space on a relatively small foot print of 94m².
Homebase is a family home. The individual resident has his own “empire”, common family areas are spacious designed with an open plan layout and invite to cook, eat and live together.
Common living areas are linked fluently with the exterior space through large-scale glazing and extend the area for living through balcony and terraces.
Great emphasis is put on flexibility in room layout.
If, for example, a child moves out, dividing walls can be removed easily, rooms can be converted to different functions.
The proposed prefabricated element construction system, enables a fast and efficient realisation.
