The courtyard home is a simple but dramatic home.
An inner courtyard, open to the sky, represents an intimate and secluded living area, serving light and air to all surrounding rooms.
The house is simple in its shape and obtains elegance and high quality of living with the arrangement of rooms and their connection with the inner atrium.

Starting from the entrance one room merges into the other, areas are efficiently used there are no losses through corridors. The further away from the entrance, functions of rooms get more and more private and intimate.
Starting with a kitchen area with dining follows a spacious bathroom including a tube with glazing above, which offers a vista to the sky and the atrium.
The living area, as well with direct access to the inner courtyard, is connected with an office space to the bedroom.
A split level studio area, accessible directly from the entrance area, represents a spatial reserve for further individual needs.
