Born in Guatemala, his passion for art brought Carlos Perez to Vienna, Austria, where he studied with Erwin Botsch and Walter Obhozer at the University of applied arts.
Since then he successfully presented his paintings in single exhibitions in Austria and abroad.
His paintings are powerful, expressive and vibrantly coloured, nearly always large-sized. A Perez on the wall changes the room and emits a very special magic.
